A $100 Rental Fee is required for all party-package events (this does not apply to events where we sell directly to the public).
This fee secures your event date and time slot—our calendar fills up quickly. Please note that this is not a deposit; it is a non-refundable rental fee.

Travel fees

CANCELATION POLICY:
The Rental Fee is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, the full amount can be used as a credit toward a future event or purchase with Just Scoops, and it will never expire.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the Rental Fee being forfeited and not eligible for credit.
Just Scoops reserves the right to cancel any event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee.
